These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and h55d ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the gaming and sports betting services accessible at h55d.bid and all associated sub-domains, applications, and services. These Terms apply to all users of h55d's services including, but not limited to, sports betting, live casino, slots, virtual games, and all promotional activities.

Your access to and use of h55d is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any game on h55d, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using h55d and close your account.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "h55d" or "Platform" refers to the gaming and sports betting platform operated at h55d.bid, including its website, mobile application, and all associated digital services.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a User on h55d following successful completion of the registration and KYC verification process.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's h55d Account, excluding any bonus funds or locked wagering amounts.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed on a sporting event outcome, casino game result, or any other event made available for wagering on the h55d platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional, bonus, or free-bet credits credited to a User's account by h55d, which are subject to separate wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process required by h55d, including submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC or NICOP, proof of payment method ownership, and any additional documentation h55d may request.
• "Prohibited Jurisdictions" means territories from which access to and use of h55d is expressly not permitted under applicable regulations or h55d's internal policies.
• "Manifest Error" means an obvious, unmistakable error — including but not limited to clearly incorrect odds, system pricing failures, or data feed errors — which a reasonable person would immediately recognise as erroneous.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the deposit limit, session limit, cooling-off, and self-exclusion features available to all h55d registered users through their account settings.

Where these Terms refer to "days," the reference is to calendar days unless specifically stated as "business days." Headings in these Terms are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation.

To be eligible to register and maintain an h55d account, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age as of the date of account registration.
• You are an individual (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity) accessing h55d for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and are not under any legal disability that would prevent you from doing so.
• You are not accessing h55d from a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gaming or sports betting is expressly illegal under applicable local law.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from h55d or had an account closed for cause.
• You are not a current employee, consultant, or contractor of h55d, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are registering with accurate, truthful, and complete personal information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, and your currently active Pakistani mobile number.

Each eligible person may hold exactly one registered account on h55d at any time. The maintenance of multiple accounts, whether simultaneously or sequentially through closure and re-registration, is strictly prohibited. Where h55d identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual — whether by device fingerprint, payment method, IP address, identity document, or any other matching criterion — all accounts beyond the first registered will be closed and any balances therein forfeited without compensation.

h55d is required under its international gaming license obligations to verify the identity of all registered players before processing any withdrawal. You agree to provide, promptly upon request, any documentation h55d deems necessary to satisfy KYC requirements. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days of request may result in account suspension and/or withdrawal processing being placed on hold until verification is complete.

You are solely and entirely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your h55d login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication devices or codes associated with your account. h55d will never ask you for your password under any circumstances — any communication purporting to be from h55d requesting your password is not from h55d and should be reported to us immediately.

• You must not share your h55d login credentials with any third party under any circumstances whatsoever.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your h55d account, whether or not you authorised it, unless the activity is the direct result of h55d's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
• You must notify h55d support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• h55d recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account as an additional layer of security. Failure to enable 2FA when available does not reduce your responsibility for account security.
• You must ensure that any device used to access h55d is free of malware, keyloggers, or other malicious software that could compromise your account credentials.

h55d accepts deposits from Pakistani players via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, NayaPay, USDT TRC20, and Retail Cash Deposit through authorised channels. The minimum deposit at h55d is Rs 100. h55d does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply charges independent of h55d that are outside our control and responsibility.

All deposits must originate from a payment account or method registered in your own name and verified during the KYC process. Deposits from third-party accounts — even if made with your knowledge and consent — violate these Terms and may result in the deposit being returned and your account being reviewed for compliance.

Withdrawals from your h55d account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC identity verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the payment method(s) you used to deposit and which are registered in your verified name. h55d does not process withdrawals to new or unverified payment methods without additional verification.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Your real-money deposit balance is not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time subject to identity verification.
• h55d targets a withdrawal processing time of within one business hour for verified accounts on standard withdrawal amounts via JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• h55d reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawals that trigger internal risk management thresholds, which may extend processing time. You will be notified if your withdrawal is subject to such a review.
• The minimum withdrawal amount at h55d is Rs 200. Withdrawal limits per transaction and per period may apply depending on your account tier and verification status.

h55d offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, free bets, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP-tier specific promotions. The following general conditions apply to all h55d bonuses unless a specific promotion's individual terms expressly state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the total volume of qualifying bets that must be placed before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may contribute at different rates, as specified in each promotion. Bets placed on games not listed as eligible do not count toward wagering requirements.
• h55d bonuses are valid for the time period stated in the individual promotion terms. Any bonus balance and associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period are forfeited without compensation.
• Each eligible h55d promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing bets on all outcomes of an event, employing low-variance betting strategies to complete wagering requirements without genuine gambling risk, or coordinating with other players — is a prohibited activity that voids all bonus amounts and may result in account termination.
• h55d reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or terminate any promotion at any time with or without prior notice, provided such changes do not prejudice Players who have already commenced wagering requirements in good faith.
• h55d's decision on all matters relating to bonus eligibility, qualification, and fulfilment is final and binding, and will be applied consistently across all eligible players.

All sports bets placed on h55d, including cricket (PSL, Test matches, T20Is, ODIs), football, UFC, kabaddi, and all other available sports, are governed by h55d's sports betting rules in addition to these Terms. Specific rules for individual sports and bet types are available within the relevant sections of the h55d platform. Where there is a conflict between sport-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

h55d reserves the right to: suspend betting markets at any time; limit the maximum stake accepted from any individual player or on any individual event; void bets in the event of a Manifest Error in odds; and void bets where h55d has reasonable grounds to suspect match manipulation or integrity violations.

All h55d Casino games — including live dealer blackjack, roulette, baccarat, poker variants, game shows, slot titles, and crash games — are governed by the rules of the relevant game as displayed within the game interface. All slot games on h55d run on independently certified random number generation (RNG) systems. All live casino dealer streams are certified by the relevant provider for dealing integrity.

Where h55d or any of its game providers makes a manifest error — including but not limited to an obvious pricing error in sports odds, an RNG malfunction, or a live casino technical failure — h55d reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to the players' h55d accounts. h55d is not obligated to honour winnings generated as a result of a manifest error regardless of whether the error was identified before or after payout.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on h55d. You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to:

• Register more than one account on h55d, whether in your own name or using any other identity.
• Use false, misleading, or another person's identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Use automated bots, scripts, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, complete bonus wagering, or interact with h55d Casino games in a manner not possible by a human player acting manually.
• Exploit any software bug, system error, loophole, or glitch in the h55d platform for financial gain. Any winnings generated by exploiting a known or suspected error must be reported to h55d immediately and are not withdrawable.
• Engage in chip dumping, match fixing, or any form of collusion with other players to manipulate outcomes on h55d to the detriment of the platform or other users.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any h55d software or gaming system.
• Access h55d from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited, including using VPN, proxy, or other geo-circumvention technology to mask your true location.

h55d is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with the tools and information they need to keep their gaming experience positive and within their personal limits. h55d's responsible gaming programme is embedded into the platform at the account level and applies to all users regardless of their VIP tier or deposit volume.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling period before they become active.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations in minutes or hours. h55d displays on-screen reminders as your session limit approaches.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Request a temporary 1-day, 7-day, or 30-day account suspension. The account is immediately inaccessible for the duration selected and cannot be reinstated early.

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any h55d content in any medium without express written permission from h55d.
• Use the h55d trademark, logo, or brand identity in any commercial context or in a manner that implies endorsement or affiliation.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the h55d platform including odds, game results, or player statistics.
• Create derivative works based on h55d's platform, design, or proprietary systems.

Any unauthorised use of h55d's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable law and will result in immediate account termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, h55d's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the h55d platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the net deposits made by you to h55d in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim; or (b) Rs 10,000.

h55d shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, arising from your use of or inability to use the h55d platform:

• Loss of anticipated gaming winnings or profits.
• Loss of data or gaming history.
• Platform downtime, technical malfunction, or internet connectivity failures beyond h55d's reasonable control.
• Third-party payment processing failures, delays, or errors.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.
• Losses arising from the use of your account by an unauthorised third party where you failed to take reasonable security precautions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits h55d's liability for death or personal injury caused by h55d's gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

h55d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity; provision of false information during registration or KYC; multiple account creation; failure to complete KYC verification within the required period; account inactivity; or h55d's withdrawal from a particular market or jurisdiction.

Where an account is closed due to a suspected breach of these Terms, h55d may withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where the investigation confirms a breach, all funds may be forfeited. Where no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

You may close your h55d account at any time by contacting h55d support via live chat or email. Before closing, you should withdraw any available balance to your verified payment method. h55d will process any outstanding withdrawals to your verified payment method within 5 business days of confirmed account closure request.

An h55d account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive calendar months of inactivity. h55d will notify you at your registered contact details before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee to cover account maintenance costs. The dormancy fee will not reduce your balance below zero. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any required re-verification.

h55d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered users via the contact details on record (email or SMS notification to your registered Pakistani mobile number) at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect, except where such changes are required immediately by regulatory mandate or to address a security risk.

Your continued use of the h55d platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with h55d's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms applicable to bonuses or campaigns you participate in, constitute the entire agreement between you and h55d with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
